This sounds like a major scam asking for your passport copy, all your personal info, your ID, your photos and asks you to promise to fulfill your duties that you have no idea what they are. It is also unclear whether the photo shoot location is in UK, Bratislava or elsewhere in the world. I hope I am wrong but be careful folks. I've already seen this sort of application forms with intentions of identity fraud originating from UK.
