Special Talent

Presently an ACM (UH Manoa's film school) student taking three classes; screenwriting, cinema and digital media and post production sound. I can do Foley and ADR fairly well and am aiming in specializing via more education and experience in narrative production and sound design. Special FX are a particular interest to me and I possess my own considerable archives of royalty free soundtracks, scores and special effects. I am presently amassing a Foley library and considering equipping and developing a local ADR stage for rental and personal use. Though I have taken only one screenwriting class at the college level at present, this is something I wish to pursue further and to cultivate. This semester is almost pau, next semester I will take supportive audio processing and recording classes outside of the ACM curriculum, directing the actor and editing in FCP, plus a creative writing class or lab or some sorts. Four classes are intended at this time - this semester I am doing three and working part time.
